After years of effort, On April 25, the Connecticut House of Representatives
voted 96-51 to approve An Act Concerning the Palliative Use of Marijuana
I’ve studied a lot of the research on marijuana and especially the medicinal benefits.Probably the most medicinal plant on the planet. Hemp-oil (not to be confused with hemp-seed oil) has proven to cure almost every well known disease including cancer and most physical illnesses, excluding mental illnesses. Not all the time every time. But most of the time.

I immediately keyed on the word “palliative”.
Definition:
1. Tending or serving to palliate.
2. Relieving or soothing the symptoms of a disease or disorder without effecting a cure.
Without effecting a cure. FDA-approved poisonous radiation and chemotherapy cancer treatments do much more harm than good, including death. Marijuana has caused ZERO deaths. It’s a plant, not a drug. It’s probably the safest “drug” of all drugs and it’s not FDA approved.
Several large entrenched corporations and a few industries they dominate see to it that government doesn’t legalize marijuana.

I’m an anarchist/voluntarist who identifies with the voluntary, customer-driven protection service/”government” of the TVP. The first time I read the NT Discovery in 1990, when i read the Constitution of the Universe (aka The Prime Law) I jumped for joy. I have given a great deal of thought to this over the years.
From 1995 to 1998 I was a regular participant on the alt.neo-tech and alt.irs.class-action Usenet newsgroups and on the neotalk mailing list and Neo-Tech website forums thereafter.
In 2000 and 2001 on a WWW discussion forum (FreeRepublic.com screen-name Zon) with over 100,000 members I put forth the idea of making the Constitution of the Universe an amendment to the U.S. Constitution. I knew it would be much easier than going the constitutional-convention route.
In 1990, the second publication I bought from NTP was an audio recording of the First NT World Summit. It was a Saturday night and I was packing for a week long Jay Abraham protege/mentor training program. As I packed, I listened to Frank Wallace’s “Long Wave” presentation. It floored me because for twenty seven years I had been almost inadvertently piecing together the idea that conscious beings create universes. Two years prior to that night I had a clear animated vision of it.
I should backup a bit and tell you that when I was eight years old my teacher was explaining to the class the solar system and that the Universe was it — that’s all there was. I immediately knew there was something beyond our Universe. In my minds eye I saw blue sky with a couple of clouds. I was so certain that I told my mother about it that night. She agreed with me that I may be right.
Thus began one inadvertent journey with some of my most precious deep thinking integrations. I never consciously sought external information. Though over the years prior to hearing the Long Wave presentation I discussed it with a few people.
Two years prior, when I was six years old I had an epiphany that, though never forgotten, has recently come to the forefront of a puzzle I’m preparing to gift to the world. The time frame was in the midst of the Cuban missile crisis.
The day before my epiphany, seated in the school auditorium, the entire student body watched a documentary of the detonation of atomic bombs and their devastating effects. The follotwing day at school there was an air-raid drill. I was in kindergarten and without desks to duck under we went into the hall and stood flat against the wall.
My two older sisters were above me on the second floor. In my minds eye I had a vision of an atomic-bomb flash of light from the north east where there was a nearby city. I thought, my God if that were real I would never see my sisters again. It was at that instant that the epiphany hit me. The adults have it ALL WRONG — when I grow up I’ll be able to set them right.
There’s so much more and I’ll close out with one last tidbit. Many people here I assume know of the symbol on the back of the one dollar bill; the pyramid with the all-seeing eye. That it is a symbol used by the ruling class elite and especially the Illuminati or cabal. They stole it. It’s a stolen concept.The all-seeing-eye pyramid with it’s true meaning is an asset that will brought forward with us into the CofU were it justly belongs.
